My very first birthday! Thanks for coming, everyone! (We love you, Oliver!)

Our new garden is about 8 X4.  Thanks to Chris Davis who started the seedlings for us.  Hopefully, we will be enjoying tomatoes and peppers soon!

Our back yard is filled with all types of interesting things like this block of concrete we have been unable to unearth.  While digging for our garden we also found fan belts, jumper cables, and lots of broken glass!

Meg and I saw Jon Snodgrass at The Earl just a couple blocks from our house.  I don’t have a videocam, but here’s a video from someone somewhere else who does.

Wet dogs stink.  Camping with Meg’s family at Black Bear Cove, TN.

Thank you U.S. Government, for another middle-class subsidy!  Meg and I would probably have waited another year to purchase a home, but the new homeowner tax credit pushed us over the edge.  Well, we did also have to finally decide that we were willing to stay in Atlanta for the immediate future.  Once we started looking, we pretty quickly decided to stay near Grant Park.  Luckily, lots of houses are on the market, however, most property on the park is just too expensive.  But after just a week of looking we found a great house just one mile away.
